Things To Write About Friends

ORECCHIETTE, ZUCCHINI MOZZARELLA & Snacks


The title is already very eloquent, I could not say more. ...
This recipe is one of those who remedied for a good meal with very little .......

INGREDIENTS
for 230 grams orecchiette

1 zucchini 1 / 2 onion, extra virgin olive oil

1 ramettino rosemary

fresh chili pepper 1
mozzarella

parsley 1 heaping tablespoon of white wine


PREPARATION

I fried the chopped onion, oil Ages (with chili and rosemary)

I have then added the zucchini into chunks

After a few minutes I added salt and pepper

Then I shaded everything (high heat) with wine

the same time I shredded mozzarella

now the cooked zucchini,
I turned off the stove and add the mozzarella

Thanks to the intense heat has melted now but
tended to "roll up" so I stirred Little
just long enough to make it just melted.
I added parsley and eliminate the rosemary

Here the sauce is now ready

I made the orecchiette, not just cooked (well tooth)
I have paid into the pan with the sauce as described above
and I mixed it all together energetically
(without turn on the stove)


now on the table still steaming
