Designer Handbag Cake Recipe

Paper cups pistachio pesto with parmesan mousse and chopped pistachio mortadella


few weeks ago our dear friends (her ad hoc Neapolitan, Roman and their puppy him) came to visit us for dinner, among other appetizers prepared I designed these cups cheese, served in the typical paper cups and filled with special foam ....


INGREDIENTS

grated Parmesan
mortadella
milk ricotta
pistachio

parchment paper and baking cups


PREPARATION
I created the cups Parmesan placing a square of parchment paper in a pan, I heated it, then I paid plenty of grit in the middle of the paper, creating a circular shape. The heat is obviously loose, then I have taken over the wax paper and I laid down on a glass bitter placed upside down, I have done so, take the concave
holding that position for a minute or two.
The foam is created by blending the sliced \u200b\u200bsausage with ricotta and a little milk.
I introduced the mousse in a pastry bag, and so I filled the cups cheese, then sprinkle with the chopped pistachio.
I've laid in "real" paper cups and then served as an appetizer: very good!
