-Mind and Consciousness Institute Higher Education and Research (ISFR) to offer - either independently or in collaboration with Nous - a range of educational, cultural and science through courses, times and opportunities for training professionals to "disciplines help" ( psychotherapists, psychologists, doctors, nurses, educators, etc.). and also to people with research interests in culture and understanding about the nature of the human mind.

The macro-areas that Mind and Consciousness-ISFR intends to deepen and explore are the following.

• The perspective relational-constructivist in cognitive psychotherapy .
• The mindfulness and awareness practices in their clinical applications, psychosocial and educational development paths in the context of the individual (counseling, empowerment ...)
• riches and knowledge, in terms of Development of personal awareness, provided by the Actor's Training twentieth century traditions - in particular the deep and sophisticated Russian tradition of "scientific pedagogy play" - those who work in "helping professions".

Alexander Grebenkin Milan 23-28 February 2010: It is a rare and precious opportunity (no more than once a year usually) to have direct contact with a real master of a great "lineage", that of Russian theater pedagogy.

The Limelight Theatre Company of Milan, with the sponsorship of NOUS-Cognitive-Constructivist Psychotherapy School, offers in Italy, for the first time open to the public, a training course on the Method Ersov-Grebenkin ™. http://www.ersov-grebenkin.it/

The scope of research
The training is part of the research "The theater as a field of practice to understand the
human social relations "initiated by the Limelight Theatre Company in 1998.
The training of the actor, the art of filmmaking, the techniques and methods of expression are used, inter alia, training in psychotherapy of students Nous.

The themes of the course
- physical training: physical and mental exercises pertaining to the shares, relaxation techniques and movement, etc;
