Senior Week Houses In Md

Pudding cauliflower, feta & 'nduja

What our house, particularly in our fridge, there is always a nice cauliflower .. you already know ... Well, yes: I should not worship the cabbage certainly be the one to lend themselves well to emphasize the variety of dishes ... but I'm here to do so, introducing yet another proven recipe with great success which sees it as a basic ingredient.
are the pies that lend themselves well as starters, because of their shape and their taste what I would call a good open-hungry ....

INGREDIENTS

1 small cauliflower 1 small onion
1 / 2 clove of garlic butter
fresh pepper 1 teaspoon
of 'nduja
1 piece of feta cheese slices 1
00 1 heaping tablespoon of flour 1 egg white
salt

PREPARATION

I clean the cauliflower and boil in salted water

In a saucepan, I sauteed with the onion,
garlic (finely chopped) and chili pepper, butter

I have moved on boiled cauliflower, leaving
season well with salt and placing

Then I added the 'nduja, feta and slices.
I mix things up properly, then I poured the flour

When the dough was ready,
I added the egg white beaten with a pinch of salt, stirring with
movements from the bottom up

The dough was so ready to be transferred into the molds

I've cooked in a convection oven, preheated to 200 ° for 15 minutes.
I made a cooking in a water bath by placing the molds
(also a rectangular greased and sprinkled with bread crumbs,
as you see in the picture because I had left the other dough)
up a pan with water

Here freshly baked

I waited several minutes to cool them,
so I baked them and brought to the table, decorated with the Soncino.

Here's the dish that I served to my husband

They just taste very, MOOLTO spicy ... .
just as much as we do, all the ingredients together gl
is "married" perfectly ... again:
successful experiment!
