As always, I took care to prepare a meal to delight Dolcino as it does when you come to us. I was planning to prepare a little something back, so I took the second book published by Benedetta Parodi "Welcome to my kitchen" and I got this recipe that I had already spotted long ago. It has a very simple preparation and the result is perfect, really a pudding "pudding" for special friends!
INGREDIENTS
100 g butter 100 g flour (I used 00 of Molino Chiavazza )
200 g sugar 100 g dark chocolate
1 lt milk
whipped
PREPARATION
The first operation I melted the butter in a saucepan over low heat
still holding the pan to the fire I added flour, letting it lightly toast
I loved it I left the sugar and dissolve until it is slightly caramelized
Then I added the chocolate
When you are I loose all diluted with cold milk
I continued cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture has boiled . I stirred for a minute, until I put out the fire, I poured the mixture into a silicone mold letting it cool
Then I put in the fridge and before to go from our friends
I transformed directly into portatorte with which I will carry
So I made room for a bit of imagination .. and I garnished
in the surface with tufts of whipped cream
He had a hit!
