2. Program of study (short version)

The number of students admitted has a maximum of 20 for annuities.

The course lasts four years academics with a number of hours per year equal to 530 per year .
The 530 hours per year - 2120 hours total in four years - are distributed according to precise criteria established by the Ministry as follows.

theoretical and practical training
The "training theory and practice" is dedicated to the development of specific operational expertise and key business skills (personal and theoretical) and their characteristic of a cognitive-constructivist .
These lessons are examined systematically and continuously for the duration of four years: Noῠs devoted to this aspect of training three key areas, which add up to 50% of the total hours of teaching per year (excluding placements).

Noῠs fact, in addition to the "basic course of practical training and personal" of 100 hours led by the two teachers of the school (as required by the provisions of the Ministry for all schools) dedicated to this part also other two areas.

• basic course of practical training and personal "of 100 hours per year where two teachers of the school - to accompany the same class during all four years of progress - to ensure 'teaching, practical training and training staff to cognitive psychotherapy in accordance with the relational-constructive perspective in four years for a total of 400 hours .
• "Laboratory development of consciousness": is aimed at the development of experiential knowledge full staff of the therapist, through the deepening of the perspective of mindfulness and mind-body work for a total of 176 hours in four years.
• "evidence-based psychotherapy: research" form the therapist to develop research capacity and scientific assessment in psychotherapy , both at the level of knowledge of theoretical and practical espreienza, for a total of 184 hours in four years and is finalized during the fourth year the implementation of a final draft of thesis to be submitted to the final exam.

theoretical teaching (see also below 5 post. For details)

To lecture courses are dedicated about 190 hours each year in course. Over 70% of the hours is dedicated to teaching that focus mostly on learning the fundamentals of clinical psychology (psychopathology and clinical diagnostics) and cognitive (therapeutic procedures, assessment, intervention, based on the cognitive) .
A small part of time is devoted to the presentation and critical discussion of the main psychotherapeutic address (as provided by the Ministry for all schools).
The program is enriched with additional in-depth seminars four , two permanent and two invitational.

practical training and clinical
The training includes 150 hours per year , for a total of 600 hours in four years.
